Russ Davies has an enviable back catalogue under a number of aliases, and his latest project as Aiiso continues a fine run of form. Debuting the moniker on the label’s inaugural Explorations EP series in early 2016 with Point Of Return, Russ follows up with the four track Your Love Is An Echo EP. The EP opens with title track Your Love Is An Echo, a fan favourite from the label’s recent dance #1 album Anjunadeep, which features Russ own vocoder vocals on top of a languid balearic groove. Next up, brooding roller, Hopeful For A Sign; a fusion of retro synths and delicate piano melodies. Cisca combines throwback progressive house elements with a killer bass groove, before rounding off the EP with the blissed out sounds of Autumn Leaves.
