Ahead of Threnody?s 2nd album for UK Trends we are releasing an EP to chart the transition from 2011?s ?Science of Silence? to the new album ?Outer Motion?. This EP strips Threnody?s sound to the core elements and lays the foundations for his album that builds on these sparse threads. This EP marks a shift in Threnody?s sound from the breakstep/dubstep he has become known for since his early releases on Urban Graffiti, Combat and Red Volume to a grimier sound. The tracks have picked up early support by Brackles (Rinse FM), Blackdown & Dusk (Rinse FM), Geiom (Berkane So!), Dexplicit (DXP) and others. Watch out for forthcoming Threnody releases on Big Dada, BYRSLF and the album out on UK Trends in 2013.
