This song was written entirely by Chris, and was originally based on an idea brought forth by Tom Watkins , who later removed himself from the project. It was released in September, nearly two and a half years after the duo previous studio album, Behaviour, and the compilation Discography: The Complete Singles Collection. The first version of the song was produced by Bobby Orlando and was released on Columbia Records Bobcat, becoming a club hit in the United States and some European countries.
